Backflow testing is a critical part of maintaining a safe and compliant irrigation system. In Washington State, irrigation systems are required to have an approved backflow prevention device installed and tested annually by a Washington State–certified Backflow Assembly Tester (BAT) to ensure it is working properly and protecting the public water supply. These devices prevent contaminated water from flowing backward into your home’s drinking water due to pressure changes or system malfunctions. At Guy’s Landscape, we’ll soon be offering certified backflow testing services to help you stay up to code, protect your family’s water quality, and ensure your irrigation system operates safely and responsibly year after year.
